How credits work
No subscriptions. No surprises. You buy credits and spend them as you send.
One credit = one SMS segment
A standard SMS is 160 characters. Longer messages use more segments, so a long SMS to one person may cost more than one credit. We always show the count before you send.
Credits never expire
Buy once, use whenever. Your balance stays in your wallet until you spend it — no monthly clock, no forfeiting unused credits.
Bigger top-ups, better rates
Your rate is set by your top-up band. The more credits you buy at once, the lower your cost per SMS — automatically.
Send under your own name
Request a branded sender ID (like "ST MARYS" or "WAKISO") so recipients know exactly who's texting. Approval typically takes 2–5 working days. A small maintenance fee applies per network, billed separately from your credits.
